7 Things Esquire Editors Bought This Week (2024)

Round here, on the Esquire commerce desk, we spend untold hours online shopping. It's our actual job to tell you what sneakers, what t-shirts, even what underwear to buy. We're buried in products at all times. Products up to our ears. Can't think about products anymore.

But... how about we work smarter, not harder? We're surrounded by a star-studded roster of editors, people with really impeccable, honed in tastes. Why don't we ask them for recommendations? So we did, and this week our Esquire editors bought backpacks, Birks, pillows, and some ugly outdoors shoes (that one was me). This is what the Esquire team spent its hard-earned cash on this week.

I’m doing a lot of traveling this spring, so I need a reliable carry-on—one that can hold a ton of stuff without sacrificing style. I'm in a home improvement mood, and while my apartment is lovely, the flooring my landlord chose for our kitchen simply doesn’t fit my style.
