Synopsis
Itsuki Hashima is a light novelist obsessed with little sisters, strictly focusing on them when he writes his stories. Despite his personality, he's surrounded by a tight circle of friends, including a beautiful genius writer who loves him, a big-sisterly college classmate, a fellow male writer, a sadistic tax accountant, his editor, and Chihiro, his perfect younger step-brother who takes care of the housework and cooking. Die Geschichte dreht sich um den Alltag junger Autoren, ihre Zusammenarbeit mit den Lektoren und wodurch ihre sonderbaren Geschichten inspiriert werden.
Warum dann der Titel? Ganz einfach, Protagonist Itsuki hat einen Faible für kleine Schwestern und lebt diesen in seinen Werken aus.Ehrlich gesagt, hätte ich den nicht zu zweit geguckt und meinen Spaß an den ganzen schrägen Situationen gehabt, hätte ich ich den Anime wahrscheinlich abgebrochen.
Es hat mehrere Folgen gedauert, um mit den Figuren warm zu werden. Denn gerade anfangs scheinen die meisten Charaktere nur pervers und zu drüber zu sein. Aber Episode um Episode bekommen alle mehr Tiefgang und werden Stück für Stück sympathischer - selbst Itsuki mit seinem Fetisch.Ein weiteres Problem ist aber, dass viele…

It’s a wild and pretty over-the-top comedy anime. The humor and fanservice might not be everyone’s thing, but the show surprisingly hits some heartfelt notes with its take on friendship, ambition, and creativity.
If you’re into quirky, self-aware comedies with a touch of absurdity, it’s worth a watch—but it’s definitely not for everyone!

Comedically offensive & self-aware of it. It’s more about expression than criticism. Surprisingly crosses few lines. Even fanservice has purpose because everyone is a perv! Believable MCs with compelling backstories & emotional struggles. Funny & memorable. Shockingly great cliffhanger!

Interesting story that gives you somewhat of an insight on the writing world of Japan. Simple but satisfying character design. The characters are relatable and easy to root for. While it sometimes gets a bit iffy on the ecchi side of things, it’s an easy-going story that is pretty fun to watch.
