I went to MedExpress for a covid test 3 days ago after experiencing symptoms. My experience was 100% positive from start to end and all steps occurred exactly as I was told on the phone when I first called for info and when I arrived. I waited 30 to 45 minutes in my car after providing initial information, which was pretty quick considering there were others in cars waiting when I arrived. super TERRIBLE experience. the stuff there showed me no respect. I come for Covid test and they are treating me like over reacted fool and they just want to get off their work. super rude when they are doing swab. I was started screaming but she was like didn't hear it at all, like she is enjoying hurting me. I have done text twice and it never hurt like that. extremely long waiting. Horrible experience. Was billed 2 times for what should of been 1 office visit. Staff at this location and the business manager tried to help but said it was out of her hands. Just a big money grab organization. You might have to go back a week or 2 later because they didn’t make enough off of you the first visit. I will go to the ER before ever setting a foot into a MedExpress again. Heed my warning.

DO NOT recommend to anyone. Waited over 4hrs here to find out I have pneumonia. Couldn't get my medicine bc they DON'T do authorizations for med, but yet they can prescribe it. I will NEVER go back to this snobby bunch...Pointless. All they are is a money scheme and to be told to go to your reg doctor to get meds....Ok so why waste hours here?? For what??!!!

Yes, there is a bit of a wait time BUT the male Dr (whos name I didn't catch) fixed the problem I had gone to my main PCP about weeks ago (bronchitis) . hopefully I won't have to go back but if need be they are nice people.

Almost a hour wait (as of now) just for a pre employment drug screen... ridiculous.

All About the money....My prior physician switched practices and is not seeing new patients in his new practice at MedExpress. My blood pressure prescription is about to run out and I called MedExpress to ask if he (he is the one who originally prescribed this medication) could call in a 30 day prescription extension to the pharmacy until I find a new physician. Nope, not over the phone but come in and pay a co-pay just for a prescription and we'll be happy to help you. They could care less about your well being. Just pay us...read more

It was slow going at first. When I got in it was magical! Amber was great taking my vitals. I did not catch the other names but the PA was fantastic and the woman who “fixed” my ears was even better ! Worth the wait! Thank you
